Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
I guess you could say that Real Madrid is already in the QF, too, or do you expect Schalke to win 6:0 at the Bernabeu? XD

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
Do not want:
Mehdrid, there would be 4 Clasicos within 3 weeks again.
Madrid
Bayern
Chelsea (boogey team, with Mourinho they'll be even more annoying, hope Bayern have to deal with their bus again)
Do want:
PSG, because T. Silva must get owned by Messi as much as possible for not coming to Barca.
Dortmund, would be an attractive game.
Olympiacos, free pass.

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
Olympiakos/Utd winner should be it for us tbh.
We've had a hard enough last 16, last year too, time for some mediocrity.
However, bring on Chelsea, PSG or Atletico, those clowns will all get brushed aside.
I really wouldn't want Real, Barca or Dortmund. That would be STUPID.

Hoping for Barca/Bayern at any stage of the competition. This time I'm sure both teams would try and play possession, which would make the match fascinating.

You would brush aside the Qatari's but i think Atletico and Chelsea are arguably going to be very tough draws.

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
I hope Chelsea get a easy draw and they reach semi finals...it will be good if they are engaged with Europe...not worried about who Bayern face, I am damn sure they will go through doest matter which team they play, except Real Madrid properly
So,
Bayern-doesnt matter (but I would prefer Atletico again exciting match)
Barca-Dortmund, will be an awesome game to watch
Madrid-PSG
Chelsea-Olympiacos

they are a weird team this season. You don't know which one you will get. Prefer not to mention them

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
If by miracle we overturn the 1st leg result, any of those teams will obliterate us in the last 8.
It's not even funny.

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
Would love for Michel to come back to the Bernabeu
Aside from that I would like to avoid Pep and Jose for now. Don't think we're ready just yet for those two as Madrid haven't gained enough momentum imo.

Re: Champions League Quarter-final draw discussion
United can score 2 goals at home, easily, but they can't seem to keep a clean sheet either. Olympiacos might be content with having won another league title and could either not be arsed to play at full tilt, or come out all guns blazing.

If the first leg is anything to go by Olympiakos will get more joy out of pushing forward and forcing United's CB's to get on the ball.
Michel in his interviews has repeatedly stated how important it was to stay positive and hope for the best so I have a feeling he'll stay true to that. However going into this game with a feeling that they need to protect their lead instead of trying to add to it could hurt them.
