In the way that we have sold out part of the very essence of Madridismo (the stadium which is the heart of the club) in return for money we are not in particular need of. You dont see Barca or United selling off naming rights for their historic stadiums, and they are desperately in need of cash to pay off their huge debt.

To be rather cold and fair, the club already soul a big chunk of its "soul" to the dollar (euro) a long time ago.
