The boys can hold their heads high though, the played their hearts out tonight
I cant even fault Ole Bobby Bradley for this one...He named the perfect team
Goodson sucks and Boca is an aging non-natural CB, but you can't squeeze blood from a stone, and despite being a nation of 300 million people we can't pop out a decent CB pair to save our lives
Bradley and Jones aren't up to it either
One of them can play at a time....together they have the discipline of a headless chicken who was previously dropped on his head

Im still drunk as fck and I spent the whole game screaming at the TV so im not at liberty to discuss the finer tactical points of the match at the moment, but the man of the match in my opinion is whichever mexican player kept knocking those long diagonal balls right in front of dos santos etc

No doubt, USA's defense was TERRIBLE. Felt bad for Howard, he did what all he could but USA's defense was sliced like butter over and over

I just love it when people refuse to give the winning team credit, and rather rely on excuses. Too bad they can't use the "America C team excuse" this time around like they did in 2009. Now they just say "Mexico didn't win... the US lost..."... or... "Oh it was the defense that let the US down" (almost inferring that the US was the better team in attack lmao... wrong!).
Please give credit where it is due and earned. Mexico was thoroughly the better team. People may not have agreed with my statement on Honduras-Mexico... fair enough... but you'd have to be really smoking something serious if you think the US was better in any aspect this game.
Often one will resort to statements that minimize the other sides victory, even though it is evident that one side clearly dominated the other. In this case, Mexico completely dominated in every aspect.The 2 goal lead the US had was a facade.
