If he's owed that money in unpaid wages and fees then what's wrong with going to court to try to get them? I'd do the same.

Lol He doesn't deserve them. I'm sure Flamengo would win the court with the amount of example Dinho has been a waste of $$$

A Newcastle source told the News of the World:
“During the discussions Ronaldinho's name came up.”
“Newcastle asked about his availability but were told Barcelona would not consider anything less than £58m.”
“Obviously Mike Ashley is a billionaire but it remains to be seen whether even he would sanction a deal of that magnitude.”

Deserving something is different from what two parties of a legally binding contract have agreed upon. Whatever Ronaldinho is owed by the club, he in my eyes "deserves".

simple logic....
he has every right to show Flamengo the finger and not play another second if he doesnt get paid
if he is not going to training is a different thing

ronaldinho missing trainings and showing up drunk to training is not on the contractArt Morte wrote:Deserving something is different from what two parties of a legally binding contract have agreed upon. Whatever Ronaldinho is owed by the club, he in my eyes "deserves".

Then it's up to court to decide whether Ronaldinho has breached his contract and is not entitled to his wages, but as long as the contract stands, the player should get paid in full.

Re: Ronaldinho quits Flamengo
If the club gave him a contract for X amount of $$ per week then she should be getting it, it would be like Torres not getting paid because he did horrible the first half of the season, it is unjust.
As for being drunk and missing practice that comes with fines, not taking away his wages.

He wont see all that money.. I can guarantee it. They'll settle for less.
Flamengo also has a lot more pull behind the seens in Brazil than Dinho

Hmm..
You have to think that the timing of all this (Summer transfer window), means that he is doing this with the intention of playing elsewhere.
Im guessing MLS.

If Malaga can afford him, I'd love it. I just want to see him play.

Why? He'd show up to games drunk stumbling over the ball. He wouldn't even play in Malaga's first XI lol...

you mean at flamengo? he was great for like a month. around the time they played santos and won 5-4 in that epic match in which he scored 3 goals. he only played well when he has to prove something, and he wanted to show neymar who was the boss, but 85% of the time he's just been a lazy ass crappy player.
every match he is acting as if we are all there just to witness a moment of genius by him.. that guy got it all wrong.. wrong agent, wrong ideas, wrong everything. im glad to see neymar getting some help from the start so he doesnt become like dinho or adriano.

indeed.
btw, i think he is going to the middle east too. i heard that there were some european clubs interested in him. maybe that russian one, what is it called? lol.

exactly. people still expect one single moment of genius from him, but it is not worth it. ask any flamengo fan. ronaldinho's been done for 6 years now, he's a former footballer. his moments of genius at ac milan or even at flamengo were not enough. he's just a name now. a brand, if you will. he's good for a club for some time because he drags media attention and sponsorship. but he doesn't really do anything for your team in the long run. in the end, he's a waste of money. i lost what little faith i still had in him when he chose flamengo over gremio. right then then i knew that it wasn't about football for him any longer.
