According to the rumors of SkySport , negotiations between Roma and Juventus for the redemption by the Bianconeri to Marco Borriello would not be successful. According to early reports, the Giallorossi would not lower the price below 9 million for the redemption of Neapolitan player. So in this momeno Borriello seems rather far from Turin.

Not worth the 9. I'd rather keep Matri than pay that much for him.

I'm not sure why we agreed to such a high buy-out clause to begin with. 9 million for a soon to be 30 year old that has only had one or two good seasons always seemed a bit high.

I think this deal will still happen, but it may involve some player exchanges.
