Why don't we (as in we I mean Mr. Abramovich) buy a lower league Championship team? such as Burnley or Nottingham forest?

we can then loan our youth there and pretty much make them our B team.

is there any rule against this?

there would have to be a rule against one person owning two or more clubs, i mean the amount of shifty deals you could do if you owned two clubs would be crazy

although having a chelsea B team (ie the spanish/german system) would be much more beneficial to chelsea although as per always its going to be a while before England catches up with the rest of Europe

Either that or get one of Roman's rich friends to buy it, if managed right you could make a nice profit on the smaller club.

Yeah it's against the rules to do that, although there can be dodgy loop holes etc as there was a documentary done on TV not so long ago about these undercover journalists trying to buy 2 clubs in the Championship.

We could easily get a "feeder" club in the Championship though tbh.
