Bologna set €20m Ramirez price
Bologna have warned Gaston Ramirez is likely to leave Italy, as his price-tag is “at least €20m,” but confirm Gaby Mudingayi interest.
“We know full well that it is difficult for certain figures to be bandied around in Serie A, but for Ramirez the negotiations start with at least €20m,” Vice-President Maurizio Setti told Sky Sport Italia.
“In Italy I’d certainly see him doing well at Antonio Conte’s Juventus, but as I said, I doubt any Italian clubs will come in with that fee.
“At the moment the biggest interest has come from the Premier League and the Bundesliga.”
The young Uruguayan trequartista is not the only talent who has impressed at Bologna this season, as midfielder Mudingayi is hot property.
“I can certainly say Milan and Inter need a player with his characteristics. Every year I hear it said he’ll leave, but at the end he always stays. Gaby is happy here and the fans adore him!”
Setti also confirmed he is in negotiations to invest in Serie B club Hellas Verona.
“It’s true, at the moment talks are ongoing. I am evaluating a few things and a definitive decision will be made at the end of the season.
“It is something I am doing autonomously and nobody else has a vested interest in my project.”
