It's a risk to start Sahin but Granero hasn't shown that he can dictate the tempo like Alonso can so I would personally go with Sahin.

If Di maria is fit, start him if not start Callejon, if both are unfit, start Higuain on the right (or jese ).

neither sahin nor coentrao will start i can pretty much guarantee that and you can quote me on it if im wrong.
also you have khedira twice

@margera callejon is very unlikey to make the team sheet, just read an article on it. di maria will also most likely not play hes still in the final stages of recovery, and mou said he would not rush him back. we have other options so mourinho is more likely to play kaka (even though hes shit) than risk di maria again.
