if its going to bring 1 million tourist in its first year as its said to be expected and maybe something around that number the following years then its an investment that i would never consider as a waste of money.
anyway am not even sure yet if this is going to materialize. it could just be talk after all.

You mean of Dubai? They are both in the UAE.. Never been there but I've been to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and I'm pretty sure its behind both in terms of appearance..

Anyways. this place looks crazy.. But to the general public, going to a football club's resort is kind of tacky is it not? Seeing Real Madrid logo's everywhere and shxt lol

It is true, Ras Al-Khaima and other cities in UAE are levels below Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
