Not sure about the other two, but it is rumored Chicharito will go as he is player that provides goals and his presence means more viewers which means more money for those pricks...so he will most likely join

Mexico beat T&T 7-1 on Friday. Not to much to say as it was expected. Alan Pulido did well in a position i didn't he could play and Diego Reyes is future GOAT kid is a monster. When pressured he gets the ball out with such ease its incredible. Might start watching Amierdica just for him.

Let me rephrase my questions.
What u23 players that arnt qualifying right now do you think will be in London ?
For example vela or the gio dos sontos are u23 but not with the team right now, but will probably be on London

And what 3 over23 players do you think will go ?
For example Rafa Marquez

I went to the Mexico game on Friday even thought I didn't know anyone on the team. Reyes was not very impressive the kid looks Anorexic. Meir or whatever look a lot better and bailed Reyes out a number or times. Although Reyes did score...

Vela would be great, but I don't know if he would agree to go as last year he declined the chance to play the Copa America. There isn't too much to add. I can maybe see Davila(striker) going or Kristian Alvarez(defender) to reinforce other than that I don't think there is much to add. Gio is highley unlikely as he rarely plays nowadays, however it would be a good chance to show that he can still play, so I guess i won't count him out completely.

As for the back up I would say Chicharito is a given if we qualify. A GK, and I would pick Luis Michel. Maybe a defender, but I doubt Marquez will join , because of his age he needs some rest. I guess my pick would be Hector Reynoso, but our defense is reliable so Tena might go somewhere completely different, and pick a holding midfield...don't know who I would pick there.

Reyes is a future GOAT whether you like it or not I think he was good. He did well in the air. Don't have the stats, but Mier is 2/3 years older than Reyes, so its safe to say Mier has more experience than him. Both are good though, and that's Mexico strongest line right now our defense.

I don't want to blame one player but Agudelo tore his Meniscus and Bunbury is complete shit compared to him.
Overall the team looked like they were playing at about 40% for the first half and it cost them.
Plus after about 10 minutes you could see Canada knew they were outmatched from the start and that playing open they'd be destroyed thus they played with 9 players behind the ball the whole game.
The same defender got beat for both goals off the two corners as well.
And we scored the first goal but it was called back for offsides, but they player who scored was clearly on and the players that were off didn't play the ball.

Panamanian Refs though. It's like if you ended up with an El Salvadorian or Honduran ref crew.

Aha I really hope Mexico bottles it tomorrow against Honduras because it would suck for the US to knock out Mexico in the Semi's as I want both teams to advance as they have good players to add to their squads if they make it to London.

He's to weak and skinny to play anywhere but the Mexican Primera. He does have great passing for a CB though but his positioning and tackling is a little suspect.
15lbs and 2 years of playing time and I can easily see him in La Liga.

Hahah that's fine I've only seen him play like five games. His position will improve as he matures, and I think his tackling is decent. He's 6'3 so naturally is great in the air which is a big plus for us. lol

Their is an America fan on the forum which probably knows more about him than us though. Hopefully he posts.

Mexico 3-0 Honduras

Another win for Mexico tonight. The team looked solid. Hondura is always a tough oppnet. They are always very physical, but they gave the ball away constantly and Mexico capatalized on this. Alan Pulido scored a hat trick, and again I was impressed. Never thought of him as a striker....Tena finally does something right.Didn't notice how scrony Diego Reyes was until tonight lol. What I like most about him is the way he uses his body to protect the ball. Comentators were gushing over Herrera, because of how much he ran and a few smart plays. Expected victory, and Tena will probably rest some players for the next game.

Pulido really impressed me. Haven't seen much of him but now ill make some time to watch some Tigres games

Aha I told you...Were you impressed by his tackling also haha ? He should have been booked in like the 10th minute. Instead the ref carded the foward for diving
The first goal Honduras gave up was so weak I stopped watching.

@jcsc13 He is a great finisher...does he play a lot for Tigres. I remember in the U20 WC in Columbia he played on the wings.

Dont know how much he plays since I dont watch much Primera Division but if he continues to do well Im sure he is going to get lots of minutes.

Hope he goes to an european club after the olympics though

It's a good lineup except I think your CBs will get destroyed if they play against a good foward.

Yeah the defense looks like the weak link. Can we get older players at the olympics? if so id like to have Hector Moreno hes been very good for Espanyol.

Juarez hasn't had any playing time you think hes going to be fit? If we can only have limited amount of older players id say get someone that can really give something extra to the team

Gio is an option we've seen what he can do but same as in Juarez

You can take 3 players over 23.
I would add Marquez, and Ochoa and a fullback or another midfielder.

And I think only 18 or 20 players are allowed so having players able to play multiple positions at a high level is important.
