Marseille/Bayern Munich vs APOEL/Real Madrid. Ooh, Bayern vs Real Madrid is a classic, and the two teams would be about even, IMO.

Benfica/Chelsea vs AC Milan/Barcelona. Chelsea vs Barcelona again would be epic.

I think what will make the difference in the semi final for Bayern v. Madrid is that the second game is at the Bernabeu. i think that gives the advantage to Madrid.
