Yep, it seems that those grades are A if your speed is faster than 90% or more of your country.

Speed doesn't effect lag at all, you can have a 128kb internet and it won't effect your gaming performance as long as the ping remains low.

Are you sure about that? I was told that the upload speed affects lag. My ping seems pretty inconsistent. I did 3 speed tests and got 6, 17 and 28 ping.
