Well to start it off...

I would probably think of promoting carvajal into a role such as varane's in which he can get adequate time for the youth he is...

Maybe Bring in M'Vila

I Would sell Altintop, Lass, Maybe kaka, Most probably not.

I would make sure our midfield looked a bit more stable at just about everything.

4321/433 either would be fine with me...Just not that archaic 4312

Weve got the players to run those formations too...Got creative players, got runners, got physical players...

We would lose a lot of games playing a lineup that experienced....but you can see the effort when Obi/Castaignos/Poli/Alvarez are out there....The old players are passing the ball side to side and standing around while the young players on the pitch are pressing and making runs by themselves...

I can handle losing....can't/won't accept lack of effort

Indeed. You would probably want those "2" off the striker to be mobile and energetic, able to move laterally to the wings looking for space aswell as taking up center positions.

But yeah, I like it.

RB/LB: Crescenzi can also play RB so he might be a better option than Schelotto, who we could use further up the pitch, which interchangeable with Isla.

CB: I think it should be Astori OR Silvestre, but not both. They're too similar for me. Would go for either Felipe Santana, Geromel, Dante, or Godin for the 2nd defender.

Agreed on Cassett, Kjaer and Bojani, but rather harsh on Osvaldo and Angel. Neither have had long enough to make an impression. Plus Osvaldo still has 7 goals to his name. Angel has just been slow to adapt, but he hasn't be absolutely terrible when he's played, not unlike Kjaer.

For my team, I would:

Who to buy?

Get Courtois on permanent transfer. Tbh, I see this happening if we put enough pressure on Courtois because why else would we play Courtois next season if he will leave after that. Why not play our own goalies like Asenjo and Robles who are more than capable, obviously though not as good. I hope we take a firm stand either stay with us permanently and be a starter forever or go to Chelsea's bench. For 15mil, we should be able to get him.

Other signings would be: Moussa Sissoko, Douglas Costa, and Srna. Thts all I want. And get back Diego Costa from loan.

If we spend around 40mil euros, we should be able to get all of them, excluding Courtois.

Who to sell?
Fran Merida, Juan Fran, Assuncao, Tiago

That is all I ask.

You play Courtois because he is fantastic, and then he will move back to Chelsea, and hopefully by then Joel is top quality as well. He is not going to go on Chelsea's bench lol, Cech is the one not sticking around, Courtois is just way too good.

And Moussa Sissoko is shat nowadays lol

Courtois wont be able to break into Chelsea's team next season, I can promise you that. In a few seasons, he surely will be able to, but not next season. Plus, his contract is ending this season anyway. He wants to renew it for one more season. I wouldnt mind that, but I would like it more if we can get him on permanent basis.

Moussa is top quality, has a great future ahead of him. Plus, he wont be too expensive now. Will be a perfect signing, imo.

What differences would You Make : no needless purchases , and promoting a couple of our most promising youth players, giving them a chance with the first team
What philosophies would you adapt...: current philosophy is good enough
And what weaknesses would you fix that are weaknesses in ur team atm: main problem is discipline and concentration but that will improve as the team gets more experience .

Maybe it's FM or internet rumors, but Moussa has been going downhill and just never lived up to the expectations people had for him. i really dont understand why you want to sign him, he is not worth it at all, so many other players have upstaged him already.

Anyway, i cant predict the future about Courtois but i am pretty sure that Chelsea will make room for him, either by selling Cech or starting heavy rotation to slowly phase him out.

I would keep a young, small but talented first team squad, clear out all the dry grass, and reinforce Castilla so that I could draw on them whenever necessary and integrate them into the first team. Buy Neymar (or Muniain), Valero, maybe M'Vila buy back Sarabia for Castilla, and promote Carvajal. Refine our style of football to be more balanced and have MOAR sexy football, and spread that throughout the cantera like Barca did with tiki-taka.

I would like to play a striker, I just dont like how we so often have no one actually in the box to tap in the chances we created working so hard to! I would also bring Yaya back Razz

And sign Silva as well, Woot! Sign an even better GK Razz

And find a top LB replacement for Abidal eventually calls it a day...and I would even try and sign Ozil from Madrid, both to strengthen us and to weaken them Loool.... but thats just me eco smile

i love the yaya part Very Happy

+ play a striker/tap-in : KLOSE or HUNTELAAR but they would have to accept be benched most of the time ... still pretty sure they would get a great goal tally
