New Italy coach
Who will be Italy's next coach?
With Conte leaving after Euro 16 and all top Italian coaches currently coaching club sides, who do you think will take over the national team?

You really think he will leave Leicester when they will be in the CL?

Yeah, how else could he top a PL winning season? Better to leave on a career high as a legend.
In any case, can you really say no to your NT if they come calling?

Yes, he'd say no.
It'd be idiot to leave Leicester now and back to lead a NT where he had his worst experience as coach
anyway , it's difficult to say who will be , but Mancini 's future in Inter is not clear...

I think Donadoni was given a raw deal. He lost against Spain, the eventual winners, on penalties in the Euros when Gattuso and Pirlo were disqualified and was sacked. I'm for Donadoni.

I personally feel that Donadoni deserves another shot but going to throw Siniša Mihajlović's name into the ring. There's no reason why a foreign coach shouldn't be considered and he knows Italy and Serie A intimately.

Except that this is Italy we're talking about and they are far too proud to hire a foreign coach, especially when some of the best coaches in the world are Italian

Yes, many have said no to NTs before.
Since Berlusconi rejected Sacchi's advice to get Di Francesco, he could be an interesting choice for Italy.

Re: Who will be Italy's next coach?
The quality of the best Italian coaches is irrelevant if they don't agree to coach the national team.
I'm not saying it will happen, but any capable coach should be considered.

Re: Who will be Italy's next coach?
It's too early to say that Berlusconi has ignored Sacchi's advice on Di Francesco. Brocchi has only been confirmed for two months, after which a decision will be made. EDF may still be pursued come the summer.
