They lost, but precisely lining up with the formation you predicted they would win.
Brilliant.

No Alaba means no real control over the game and defensive frailty in CM area. Kroos is also much more needed in #10 role which Müller will occupy
Of course, if the rumors aren't true and they'll start:

When he was at Leverkusen they perform very well in the first half and all of a sudden he *bleep* up everything. our players are not playing to full potentia, we've *bleep* fast wingers like Robben and Ribery but we played so slow, boring boring boring.
And Badstuber is one player I will like to see get they *bleep* out of Bayern, we could have conceded 3 goals today because of him....
*bleep*
Re: Bayern lobby in general section
Bayern missed Schweinsteiger. Without him they are only half a team. Plus the Swiss goalkeeper was amazing.
But without him, you would have conceded a goal, too. Remember the on-the-line clearance of him?Idrisozet wrote:And Badstuber is one player I will like to see get they *bleep* out of Bayern, we could have conceded 3 goals today because of him....

Re: Bayern lobby in general section
Must we *bleep* relly on schweini to win *bleep* matches, *bleep* NO. We have *bleep* Ribery, Robben, Kroos, Muller and Gomez, *bleep* Basel have no *bleep* worldclass *bleep* players
The *bleep* manager is shiiit, Gomez is off form take him they *bleep* out and play Olic, should have *bleep* buy a CB to replace Badstuber and his clumsness.
The Manager is *bleep* above retirement age and needs to quit...

I have really bad feeling about this match...
Happy?
I don't wanna wind up Bayern fans because honestly I don't know much about you team and i don't follow it,
But Muller is not a Teraquista......if you can't let him play up top because of Gomez, at least recognize that he is the best fit on the right.Sometimes I think you guys underrate him.......

Re: Bayern lobby in general section
Lack of motivation & bad luck. I'm inclined to agree that Heynckes must go. I don't even think he's bad tactically, but if your team plays with as mcuh lack of spirit as Bayern did today, the coach isn't doing his job.
Then again, Bayern could've easily won the match with luck (or lost even worse if Basel had had more luck) - so maybe they'll just win the return leg 3-1 or 2-0 at the Allianz and shut everybody up. They've overcome worse odds then being 0-1 down against Basel.

Re: Bayern lobby in general section
You think Bayern can score 2 or 3 against Basel easily? I think not without a goal from Basel. It will be difficult for Bayern to progress. When you win in first leg you have the option of draw to progress. Very important. I vote for Bayern to progress, but with great difficulty.

Re: Bayern lobby in general section
Not easily, but Bayern winning 2-0 or 3-1 is still more likely than today's 1-0 so I wouldn't panic if I were a Bayern supporter. Sure, they need to improve, but it's not like they can't. They played well sub-par today.
