Here is a riddle for you guys to try to solve

This is something I heard while on an 11 hour tour bus around Europe a few years back. It took my whole bus awhile to figure out...

I hope that this isnt something you can just google and look up the answer.. DONT TRY IT!....

A man is in his home. It is an average night. He cooks dinner and eats it by himself. While eating his dinner, he reads a book. He cleans up his mess and washes the dishes. Before going to bed, he decides to do some light exercise and does some pushups. He goes to the bathroom, brushes his teeth and rinses his mouth. He then closes the light and goes to sleep. The next morning, he wakes up and reads the newspaper. He finds out that he is responsible for the death of 500 people.

What was his job and how did he kill them?

is he in prison ?

No.

Does his work have something to do with medicine?

No.

Do the deaths have something to do with the light switched off?

Yes.

To be honest, most people do not even think about the light until they ask every other question. I think because you can see it in writing its easier to catch.

The riddle is complicated. He must have done something directly with light but I can't imagine anything that kills 500 people asap
