I just want to know how will transfers work in the upcoming years..

I heard that there will be limited Budget or something like this? can i know what will happen in details?

i don't know for sure, but i think it's about balancing their books !!!

i heard that may be they can't have outside income from a billionaire and club has to earn the money and show it on their statement, but may be it's not true!

what i know is that they don't want clubs to have negative revenue! I guess inflated values of mediocre players will drop! market will be more stable and less shuffling of players back and forward! But the system kind of makes rich clubs get richer, especially with the good stadiums and poor clubs get poorer!! Just like in life

Pretty much any club can spend whatever they want for stadium, training grounds, or youth development expenditures. Also it only matters for clubs that are interested in getting into europe in 3 years atm though it will eventually go to 5. Uefa also says it will go through accounts to see if sponsers are overpaying.

Incorrect it's down to what income you make as long as the club is generating the cash you can spend it.....

Real get 500M+ in income a year FFP wont do F**k all to them.

billionaires can still give money to the club, but not the old way. they must invest it in the club by buying shares, or issuing new shares and buying them afterwards. but this means they need to convince the board of directors and the other shareholders..to increase the capital, because through issuing new shares, the other shareholders will lose the percentage of the club they own (e.g. from 10% it goes down to 5%).
this brings a lot of economical BS and complicates the situation a bit.

Basically I don't think you can go past negative 40 million or something along those lines I believe, so as long as you earn the money you can spend it
