Soldado or Ba?

This Valencia-Newcastle argument would mean little once Ba transfers to PSG

Ba has had a great first half of the season.Dint expect he would do so well.Also there aint much of a difference in their respective Goal-scoring ratios.

Ba edges Soldado atm but i prefer Soldado.

Not to mention Ba's scored 2 vs United in their last encounters.

So he scored two against United so that automatically makes him better ?Well guess what Soldado has scored against the best team in the world.Not sure if this can be used as an argument to compare two players.They're equally important to their respective teams.

Soldado shits all over this Ba guy Ive yet to heard of.

You really misunderstood me here. Omarish said that Soldado scored 2 vs Madrid, making it out to be a point against Ba, so I just said that Ba scored 2 vs United.

Ba is better than Soldado whenever Soldado let's him be.

Valencia has always had excelent service. Even if their defense were shit or whatever, you could always find many creative players. Scoring isn't a problem of theirs. They're one of the biggest clubs in Spain.

To me, Soldado has only exploded into form about 2 seasons ago. Ba is just exploding, but it's even more impressive to do it in Newcastle which is not exactly a mighty club. And as Mole said, he still has a 0.5 scoring ratio in his whole career.

I'd say let's wait till the end of the season, or maybe a season more, because if Ba maintains his god form, then:

Demba Ba has not just started banging in goals, he's ben averaging a goal every 2 games his whole bleeding career he has just been under the radar...

I never said he's better than Soldado, just these comments that find it laughable that Ba can even be compared to him and Soldado is on a level of RVP when his record this year is worse than Ba's FFS and Soldado is better because he does it for a more inconsistent side

Also alot of people ignored the fact he played during Ramadan and was quite bad for the first 5 games because of this.....

If you ignore that then his record looks even better.

I'm guessing they ingnore the rest because he has only been scoring in inferior French, Belgian and German leagues, Mole.

I am not being funny but the majority of defenses in La Liga aint no better

but defense in EPl is better?

Ba is better this season so far but soldado is more established and is actually scoring goals in CL.It will take a full season or two to rate Ba that highly btw..

Ba has never started regularly for a team other than his first season in Germany when he flopped

BTW: Ba's career total goal/game ratio is 46% while Soldados is 48% and Soldado has existed since early 2002 while Ba's career started in 2007....those two are not even comparable

So because Ba has more goals than Aguero and Rooney in the EPL he's better than them?

Mole you already know I rate Bundesliga and Ligue 1 on par with the other top 3 leagues. Anyway, just wanna point out that I believe Soldado is better than merely because he's elevate his game recently. He not only scores now but he also helps generating opportunities for the rest of the team (even if they don't score very much).
