Considering the linguistic specialists said that "negro" had basically the same meaning as "negrito" I fail to see any point to this.

Considering the evidence, or lackthereof, even with the report out... and the admission by both Evra and the FA that Suarez is not racist, as well as the support of linguists and everyone but Evra of Suarez's side, despite small, and I put emphasis on that word, inconsistencies... your assumption that Suarez is guilty smacks of ignorance to both the incident in question and the greater circumstances around the case.

Yes, I'm still not sure whether he got kicked, but the replays shown showed there was contact. You'd have to watch the game again, though.

I hardly think a comprehensive 100+ page report qualifies as providing only "face value"
