Many of us predict scores or scoreres correctly over time. Senor bill is one of them 
Why don't we record the predictions systematically?
Propose your ideas of how we should do it and I'll change the thread accordingly
For example, for each rightly predicted end result, the person will get 3 points. If you manage to identify the scorer beforehand, you'll get 1 point. If you guessed the scorer wrong, -0.5 points
