& I think Conte is doing the right thing not starting Esti because the dude always plays tremendously no matter how little time he's given...
The fact that he loves Juve & knows that he's not 100% a owned by Juve yet seems to motivate him
Maybe if Conte just up & give him a starting spot because of the goal...he'll get complacent & not perform as well...

Its basically just a 433. I think it works. Give Pepe and Esti each a half to keep up thr good form but not tire them out before the roma game. Give Quags a full game to try to find his form. Give Matri half a game, with Del Piero getting the other half. The mid should be Vidal, Marchisio, and Pazienza. Move Chiellini back to center defense and give PDC another chance. Give Lich a break, play Sorensen at rightback. The third sub use wherever its needed. Maybe take out Vidal for someone.

I was refering to the bigger picture.

ADP doesnt play start because there are other players more capable of doing the job done right now. Doesnt mean ADP or Elia won't get their chances, but right now we are in first so there is no need to force changes and risk losing that.

I want to see ADP, Elia, Krasic, and Quag all starting every game too, but I would rather Juventus be in first.

Honestly, who gives a shit who is playing as long as we're still winning. Obviously these players are doing something right why tamper with it? The players being benched will get their time when it is needed. If they can't wait and devote themselves to the greater cause (which is WINNING) then Juventus can always find replacements. That's the beauty of this team.

I did not mean it in that sense at all but I understand why you would interpret it like that so my mistake.

There has to be opportunities for these players to play; Cesena is the perfect opportunity.

I mean by the same logic, if Juventus lost with Napoli you would expect them to change half the team? Hardly practical.
