I'm pretty sure he and a select few, but for the most part, that was a reserve team.

Yeah, that was foolish from Leão to keep him.

It was so obvious he would gonna get sent off.

so we lost to SPFC.. Muricy was stupid enough to play Neymar, Ganso, etc, after a long trip to and from Peru... our team was tired! now they will also be tired on Thursday...

SPFC played better, and really they had more to play for.. and had much less tiredness to worry about!!

good performance by lucas.

Muricy Ramalho:

Colocamos o menino (Paulo Henrique) porque precisa jogar. Era o que tínhamos de melhor - finalizou.

PS one of são paulo's goal was offside

It seems Charles is on the verge of returning to Cruzeiro, he already canceled his contract with Lokomotiv, and has been negotiating with Cruzeiro in recent days/weeks.

As yall probably already know, Martin Palermo's son, Ryduan Palermo, has been called-up to the Argentina U-17 team.

But what yall probably don't know is that he's also half Brazilian, thanks to his mother. If he's half the striker that his dad is then I wouldn't mind calling him up to the U-17 team.

There's a lot of hype surrounding 17 yr old Flamengo youth meia, Douglas Baggio...

Real Madrid, Chelsea, Inter all interested in signing this kid.

Ricardo Teixeira resigned from FIFA's Executive Committee as well, so for official purposes he has no connection anymore with the big football organizations.

In the december last year I heard that São Paulo might sell him or some other players because they needed to rebuild the whole squad. But then they sort of did it, and he's still there. They want him there. And his price tag is quite high. But of course, São Paulo's policy might be more open than Santos', so it isn't impossible.

Either way, why would Real Madrid want him??? To bench him until he's 23 and got no confidence left Razz? No offense, I don't see him getting much playing time at RM at all. I'd rather see him at PSG then, he'll have much more room there, especially with Leonardo speaking for all Brazilians the way he does.

But I hope he stays in Brazil, obviously Very Happy

Cruzeiro have confirmed the signing of defensive midfielder Charles (ex-Lokomotiv Moscow) in a 4-year contract.

And it seems Lanzini will stay at Fluminense for 12 more months (until June/2013).

yeah i saw that, and for the first time i agree with something pelé is saying... mano was really stupid in saying that, as the NT coach it was not his place to do so. it's not like neymar's been stuck, stagnated in his growth in the past months.. he continues to grow.. so.. go King!!

in other news , I think Mano's job is hanging by a very thin thread. if he doesnt fall before the Olympics, he'll definitely fall afterwards.. unless a miracle happens, we perform amazingly and win it.
