No matter if we have w trivote and Lass play !! what matters the most is Khedira shape, he will be the key to rely defense with attack.

The best about about the 4-3-3 is that granero is much more likely to come in as a sub. in the event we need to sub off alonso and khedira or lass (if he flops) we just bring in granero and sahin and push khedira to dm role (if he wasnt subbed off). leaving higgy or callejon as final sub. cant go wrong.

also with this formation all areas are covered. had we gone a 4-2-3-1, we best hope nobody in the wings gets injured or else we be boned, no doubt valencia will get rough with us.

hm khedira cant go forward as well as lass can.... good match so far.

end of first half. really liking how lass is doing, khedira and alonso are doing fine. Benz is golden even if odd start to the game. Cr7 I think cud do more but fine. Ozil is.... well dunno wut to say really, good effort in build up play. backline is fine.

Tough win. Conservative lineup... but it was justified since our defenders had lapses. We needed the cover.

Everyone did ok except for Khedira who was very frail technically and Marcelo who was not defending well.

Is it me or does Ozil look like he's not having fun out there?

Casillas saved our a$$ to end the game... what a save.

Ozil was being played out of position, he's not a winger and was obviously not too comfortable in the end. He almost cost us the three point with that needless challenge at the end of the game.

PS: That was a stone wall penalty

Dunno wut to say about casillas. one moment he saves us but at the same time i cant ignore his awful positioning for the goals that were not counted. specially the chip, had that not have been offside.....

Casillas needs to work harder.

Marcelo hasnt played in almost a month,i was expecting a meh performance.
