League of Extraordinary Technically Gifted Strikers
Recently came across an article that said that
RvP
Berba
Ibra
were few of the most extraordinary technically gifted strikers....
I would agree with RvP and Ibra since I have watched them play often...
Revered Goallegacy members, who do you think will join this League of Extraordinary Technically Gifted Strikers...?

Emile Heskey.
But really: Di Natale, Aguero, Del Piero, Suarez, Raúl, Totti could be on that list, easy.

If we talking only about technical skills, Berbatov is as high on the list as anyone.

He's quite good imo. He isn't Ronaldinho but I think he has some good skills.

Someone needs to sign this guy.
Its just wrong Michael Owen probably plays more then him these days.

He made a mistake joining a counter attacking team that use the wings almost exclusively.......
Should go back to Germany or go to Italy or Spain imo.

Toni Kroos
Striker............
@Mole
Yeah, for sure. Thought Spurs might want him back, but they got Adebayor now so...
Villarreal would be great for him though, they like an aging technican and they certaintly need a forward.
Berba seems happy to sit on the bench at Utd for some reason though.

Very good pick, either Villarreal or Malaga

I have to agree with you, Berbatov has great skills, I just dont know why he does not get playing time. The Franchise wrote:If we talking only about technical skills, Berbatov is as high on the list as anyone.

Re: League of Extraordinary Technically Gifted Strikers
They have always liked the guys in their late 20s with great technique, Villareal. Riquelme, Pires, Senna, Nihat, Ibagaza, Jon Dahl Tomasson spring to mind.
Im sure they had Sonny Anderson at one point too.

Re: League of Extraordinary Technically Gifted Strikers
Hope to have invoked the "football-sense" in our revered members...
BTW,I find that hardly any English players have even featured in the discussion here...that is the power of the league I guess...Almost all strikers in England are of the same kind...probably the reason for their lack of success in recent years...
Staying on topic,i guess Gazza was a good technician despite being English
