LOL if he is then that's a joke. He already has 5 assists this season from 15 matches (along with 7 goals) and overall has the highest number of assists in the PL. Can't remember the exact amount but he has around 120+ assists for Chelsea. That's one aspect of his game which everyone ignores.

geez, can people calm down. the guy is just a stat player nowadays. goals + Assits. and yes, Wilshere, Cleverly and Gerrard should be ahead of him by the Euros. if you think otherwise, then well, thats your problem.

If you watch England, you would realise they need more than just a goal scoring midfielder. hence why some people want him to bench for the likes of Wilshere and Cleverly. simple put, if the guy does not score in a match, he is usually crap (last wc for example) for the national team. lets be honest, remove his goal today, and you have a mediocre perfomance. goals wins you matches, but England will need more than a player like him if they are to play better than they do. and if you are basing your argument on todays game, then well, thats your problem

Hart = worse than all of the Bundesliga keepers combined

Ashley Cole = Marcelo is (somehow) better

Parker = who?

Lampard = deserves to be benched, not in the top 50 midfielders of all time
