He might've been a crook but he was a genius when it came to football and i will always appreciate that.

Moggi was not a crook, if anything, he was the king of all transfer gurus, a legendary DS, the best of them all............let the interisti haters keep hating, let them enjoy their way to relegation

even though i agree moggi was obviously good, buffon and nedved were so expensive and world class players. it's not hard to spend 75m euros well when only buying 2-3 players

Easy to justify spending it when it came from one scouted player's fee. Look at Manchester City or Real Madrid. They have spent 10x as much and have not accomplished what Moggi did, so good one.

You are right but the fact that it was pretty much just changing a player like Zidane with 2-3 quality players, its not a bad piece of business

you're just proving my point further by mentioning how madrid throw money around so much haha

i.e moggi getting an inflated transfer fee from real madrid is nothing special because they do it all the time. and again spending huge sums of money on those 2 players was nothing special at all

Just to clarify, Moggi will not be heading to prison at all.
First time offender in the Italian legal system = no sentence.
Additionally, there is still the appeal process which has to be complated.

However, you are flawed in your insult because Moggi will not go to prison due to statute of limitations that are present in the Italian judicial system, so it was essentially a useless conviction, and one that is filled with as many holes as a screen door.
