We would make 9 mil and Alex would gain some experience. Granero is 24/25 he needs first team football now.

Promote a kid to leave him on the bench? No way. With Sahin back, no needs for anyone. Granero couldn't sniff the team even with Khedira, Sahin, Lass and Coentrao all out for some time this year...

Yeah, we should sell Granero. I like him, but he needs to actually take off somewhere. Malaga is a good option. I dont know who we could replace him with for the Spanish quota, as now a certain similar young midfielder is out of the question. Promoting Morata is a bit stupid unless Benz goes permanent on the wing. Maybe Jesus or Meijas?

I'm a fan of Granero and this would be a good move for him. But it won't happen!! Malaga is only offering 3.5 and Madrid responds 9 M AND we will need the OK from Mou. Neither will happen.

I just wish Granero was ahead of Lass, Coentrao, Altintop in the pecking order. That's were he deserves to be.

But Mourinho is giving the Canales treatment to Granero right now.

Sportsczy is right, with Sahin, Khedira, Lass, and Coentrao out, he couldnt sniff a starting role. I dont know what went wrong, but we might as well sell him, and use Alex went we cant to give time to a cantera.

I hope we do sell him Nick, it's the best thing that can happen for him. Pelli unlike Mou appreciates him.

However, Mou has to give his OK for him and he has not allowed his players to leave before Gago, Lass, Canales all last year. Also it's asking a lot to expect Malaga to pay 3 times what they thought (and probably 50% more than he is worth (likely more like 6 or 7))

Sheik and Perez are buddies, im not worried about the price. It's up to Mourinho, he doesnt want to let people go, that's the problem.

I assume this will happen in January. Does that mean we have to get another Spanish player immediately, or can we do that in Summer? The options are pretty thin, it will probably be Meijas who always trains with the first team and is called up anyway. If registered with the first team, can a player still play for Castilla?

Would love for him to stay although it's not the best for him personally. He gives us a lot of depth. But if we were to let him go it certainly shouldn't be to another BBVA team.

Can't happen til jan. we are ok re no. Of Spanish with Granero gone.

I don't buy this "Squad is too stacked" excuse. Freakin Lass and Altintop are on this team....

Anyway Granero hasn't been playing lately because of injury so I wouldn't believe these rumours just yet.

granero wont get any playing time with us and he could be a gem of a footballer if he got the adequate amount of playing time

could even be the next xabi imo, so its a good move imo, though i see him at Arsenal or another ball playing English side
