Number 10 is more of a creative scorer, SS or a very offensive oriented attacking midfielder. Number 8 is more of creator/midfielder than a goal scorer

I love how everyone's discussing numbers when the real news is that Oezil is basically assuming Aguero is already part of the squad.

i only cited the numbers in a way to say "frak you" to the article and the assumptions that aguero is coming to real madrid.

I just want to point out that this AS article (and goal.com's) was just a lazy and poor journalism.

AS quoted from SAZ, in which SAZ quoted from Marca. Here's the actual SAZ article:

I can't read German, so I translated the page. From the translation, it's quite clear to me that Ozil never gave such statement to SAZ, there were even several clarifications from the editor (it seems) on the comment section.

SAZ then came up with this article:

Of course. They let Lass take 10 so that it would be much easier to just take it from him and give it to a more high profile player when the need arose.

8 should go to Sahin, or Canales when he comes back. 10 is for Ozil, or ironically enough Benz himself, but I doubt he would step down from 9 now.
