Maxi

He hasn't been in the squad for a while now, and he's hardly in any training pics. In fact, I havn't seen him in any training pics this season. Where is he?!?!
Is he injured?

no he's fit.....he's in training. Kenny only plays him in League Cup for some reason.....I don't really mind though, rather see someone from the academy on the bench than Maxi

Maxi is a squad player.

he'll start when someone gets injured.

the next game he'll play will be @ Stoke. I like Maxi a lot.

'm guessing it's his last year with us, so i rather see academy players getting experience than Maxi, not to take away from Maxi brilliance though, the guy has been useful every time he plays lately.

Exactly. Not sure why he's dropped though. He either assits or scores when he plays, and his positional sense is amazing.

Players I'd like to get a start in a league game before Christmas:

Maxi - in place of Downing, Hendo or Kuyt.
Sprearing - in place of Adam, Gerrard or Lucas.
Coates - in place of Carragher or Skrtel.

This guy is so clever. Brilliant one touch football. No wonder Suarez scored within 20 mins of his first start together with Maxi agst Stoke in the FA cup.
