As the defenders usually can score nice goals, too, I would say they win

BTW, use Rogério Ceni for the strikers' goalkeeper - he's better in scoring than quite some strikers XD

Attackers would probably dominate possession like crazy, so I would have them winning.

definitely the defenders.

Strikers are normally too ambitious in their passing and would fail to keep possession. A lot are prima donnas and don't work hard enough to beat the defenders.

IMO, strikers would win comfortably, but with gread defending and a goal from a counter/set pieces, defenders could win. Notice my Marcelo as AM, he would thrive. And obviously, Pique is possibly the best striker/defender in the world (with Van Buyten? )

Not fair to midfielders.
