The midfielder has been linked with Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg.
"Rosicky is at Arsenal and he remains at Arsenal," declared Wenger.
Rosicky has been doing well lately, but Wenger is playing mind games, if right offer comes I am sure he would sell him.
Is there any chance we can bring Eboue back to Arsenal?

can you manage vertonghen/vermaelen/koscielny/mertesacker/djourou? o.O
it always seem to me like 4 high reputation CBs is a tough situation to manage, specially when all of them are young. or this is the state of football now?

It would be a squeeze especially now that we're using CBs as fullbacks and when Sagna, Jenkinson, Gibbs and Santos recover then it'll be even tighter. Perhaps Djourou and Squid departing could it up but it would still be too much. Verm, Mert, Kos and Vertonghen?

You know Wenger, he might just turn Djourou into an RB/DM or something. Considering our luck with injuries and Squillaci leaving, I don't mind another CB.
Vertonghen is a little too classy to stay on the bench, though... But after so much time bitching about our lack of defensive cover I don't mind us being stacked there for once in so many years.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
We've always been linked with Vertonghen. I don't think we're seriously chasing a central defender at the moment. Besides, Vermaelen, Koscielny and Mertesacker are all first choice, Djourou could be good backup depending on form, and there's Bartley and Miquel to come into the first team squad, too. We're sorted for this position, even with injuries and what have you.

Borussia Dortmund Source [prospect of Mario Gotze leaving]: "Every player has a price, though, and for Gotze it is £30m."
Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
A trio of Premier League scouts watched Luuk de Jong in action for FC Twente against Fulham on Thursday night - with Arsenal, Newcastle and Everton all keen on the striker.
Striker De Jong, valued at around £10m, has been watched extensively throughout the season and Twente are bracing themselves for bids in January.
The Dutch international has scored an impressive eight goals in nine Eredivisie games this season - scoring 11 in 14 matches in all competitions so far - which has led to numerous enquiries regarding the 21-year-old's availability.
Twente do not want to lose such an important player midway through the season but news of interest from the Premier League could turn the Dutchman's head.
The £10m price tag for De Jong may be prohibitive for Everton but could suit Arsenal, who are looking at options in attack as Marouane Chamakh's future continues to be questioned.
Newcastle manager Alan Pardew, who still has the bulk of the £35m received for Andy Carroll at his disposal, also has his eyes on a striker, with De Jong now a serious target in the winter window.

But if he comes, it'll be during the summer. Doubt Basel is going to sell anyone now that they're past the group stages.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
Jan Vertonghen '£10m transfer talks begin between Tottenham and Ajax'
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been a long-time admirer of Vertonghen, and would like to re-unite him with former Ajax teammate and current Arsenal defensive lynchpin Thomas Vermaelen.
Tottenham are in talks to sign Arsenal target Jan Vertonghen. Tottenham are in talks to sign Arsenal target Jan Vertonghen.
However, Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has identified the player as a top January target as he looks to bolster his defensive options with a £10 million bid.
White Hart Lane officials are understood to have held initial talks with Ajax about a deal for the 24-year-old.
The Belgian is highly rated in Amsterdam, but as he has no plans to extend his contract beyond 2013, Ajax are apparently keen to cash in while his value remains high.
Ajax coach Frank de Boer is said to be looking at bringing Inter Milan's Romanian defender Christian Chivu back to the club to allow Vertonghen to leave.
Spurs skipper Ledley King has ongoing injury problems, while Michael Dawson is out long-term with an Achilles issue, leaving Redknapp reliant on William Gallas and Younes Kaboul staying fit.
Back-up Sebastien Bassong has not impressed at Spurs, and after nearly joining QPR in August, looks set to move on in January.
