Tommy Oar Watch.
So not exactly A-League but it's the most aussie part of the forums
He's had a killer start to the season, while last season he only played in 13 games he's already started in 7 this season.
So far in the 7 games he's got 2 goals and 3 assists, I might try and watch a Utrecht game if I am up when they are playing.
The vid below has mostly play over this year from Roar to Utrecht.
Hopefully he keeps doing well over there, it's not often you see aussies that can play

Re: Tommy Oar Watch.
Yeah he's been doing well, I've also been following him closely. He should be looking at getting a call up soon too
And this section is for anything Australian.

Re: Tommy Oar Watch.
Watched him play the first half for Utrecht the other night.
Has amazing pace and good skills on the ball down the wing, sometimes his off ball positioning seemed strange but he's improved alot since last time I saw him play.
Not called up against Malaysia

Re: Tommy Oar Watch.
Big season for Tommy this year, as well as Zullo. A nice video here I found on a Spanish blog lol.
He should get more chances, he's slowly becoming an important player and as soon as he is regular and performing... Holger won't be able to ignore him.
Rukavytsya, Oar and Holman... the future attacking midfield

Re: Tommy Oar Watch.
He's definitely not our best player. Not even sure why he's in the team.
Tommy Oar or Amini should take over.

...Have you watched the Socceroos in the last few years? If you actually have there's really no way you could come to that conclusion. He's quite widely recognised as our best player, its not just me. He's also the current PFA Australian player of the year.
Amini take over... wow. He is a talented kid, but has miles to go.
So who do you think are our best players then? And what should our team be? If you don't think Holman should even be there then I'd be intersted to see who you would like there.

You damn Chelsea supporter...
Holman is our best player. Only a fool can deny that crap... We really need to introduce more young blokes into our team. Holger said in one of his first pre conferences that he would be using the younger generations. From the last 3 or so starts in our friendlies, I think MacKay was our youngest player at 27 years old. Thats not particularly old...

Re: Tommy Oar Watch.
Dutch mag AD nominated Tommy Oar for winger of the season in Netherlands.

Only a few Utrecht players were nominated.
Good work Tommy.
