Just how the *bleep* has it ended up like this? We screw up, then Newcastle and Spurs both screw up. We've been gifted another chance. Next week is a cup final.

If we lose next week, we could end up 6th. Laughing

A point will get us 4th. But I really don't want to finish - not only because we would finish below Spurs, but because of that Champions League final. It'd be agonising watching that game.

A win would get us 3rd. Simples.

Well, unfortunate but true story: There is the easy way, the difficult way and then there is the Arsenal way.

Take a wild guess what we would do against WBA next week now. :coffee:

It is in our own hands now especially after the Spurs and Newcastle results.

Match will be a lot harder with Sagna and Arteta out.

Liverpool 4-1 Chelsea currently with 3 mins to go.

Result means Chelsea can not finish above Arsenal this season. It will be the first time Arsenal will finish above Liverpool since 2003/04 (!).

Also means Chelsea can not finish any higher than 6th place.

Really? That stat doesn't make sense to me. Liverpool weren't top 3 last season and we were fourth iirc. scratch

Clint Dempsey’s season with Fulham is over after a groin injury ruled the American out of Sunday’s Premier League finale at Tottenham.

“Clint is injured so he won’t play on Sunday,” confirmed manager Martin Jol. “He’s got a problem with his left abductor so he won’t be involved.”

Wow Chelsea are getting stronger, while we're waiting for Jack and Diaby to recover and complete our "big-squad" Wenger keeps telling.

We've signed Podolski and are close to M'vila. Just because Chelsea are linked with Hulk doesn't mean that they've gone ahead and progressed past us. We're the ones who signed Podolski after all, football God of the Universe.

And yea verily the LORD of the footballing world hath proclaimeth that all ye who accept His son Lukas the Podolski shall receive eternal paradise and gardens underneath which rivers floweth, and all of the faithful had reiterated the LORD's sentiment except the rebellious Blues of London who worshiped false gods and idols such as the green one called 'Hulk' who hath not even signeth for them yet.

Accept it and believe my brother.

Let Chelsea spend 80m, Podolski will still be better. Chaka
