From what I saw today Man City still have a long way to go, No team spirit, No fighting spirit, no determination or winning mentality.

Like I said before Tevez is more of a detriment than benefit for them.

They are not yet ready for big things

Mancini just admitted on sky sport that Bayern are too strong for them and they need 2 more men.

I don't think they need more player but he should find a way to integrate the team

They need less crap like Barry and Milner, that's a fact. Their midfield is horrible in comparison to top class ones, and without a proper midfield you are Barca fodder.
