Been looking up ways to make money as I was before just making like 1,000 and then buying contracts and players for about 500.

Got up to 5,000 then bought Giggs (2k), Ganso (1,3k) De Rossi(700) hoping I could make a profit on them... Is this pretty much the tactic you guys use? And what players should I look for cheap that I can profit on?


After a few hours tonight I improved my team a bit more, won a cup on World Class.

Subs (which I rotate regularly anyway... eg, Bojan is my best scorer):
Asenjo, Botia, Monreal, Adriano, Bruno, Cani, Muniain, Nolito, Julio Baptista, Bojan

Looks good, how does Llorente go? I'm the worst with slow strikers which is why I was bad with my La Liga squad.

I just rotate heaps so no injuries.

I'm rebuilding my "skills" team atm, anybody know of any CDM's with good dribbling? Currently I have Ramires but I need another.

Yeah I just never been able to do anything with "slower" strikers I should've said. He's < 70 pace from memory. I thrive of Sturridge/Defoe/Bent type of players, fast and can finish well.

Llorente isn't slow enough for me to notice tbh... I regularly put balls in behind and he outruns the centrebacks. Because he's so strong as well, when running with the ball he holds the players off as well. His pace never is an issue.

Either way... I have Bojan... who has 32 goals in 30 games... so no issues there.

My CB combo is also a lot stronger than it may look... because Amorebieta is a beast and Caceres is one of the fastest CB options around. Its a nice mix. Jordi Alba is also unbelievably quick from LB. You can blow a teams right flank away with a long run.

Yeah I had Johnson from Wolves at CB at one point simply cause he had pace of 70, I swear CB's get some sort of boost/advantage because I have players like Walcott getting caught all the time on the break

@ making money. Buy gold players on open bid for 300 coins max and then sell them for 300 coins 500 buy it now. If you can get some good cards cheap then you'll make a fair bit of money. And as gold cards get 300 coins minimum if you quicksell them you can't lose anything. Also people prefer to get a BIN rather than sit around for an open bid, this means you can often get them alot cheaper. i.e getting a player for 8,000 then putting up for 12,000 BIN
