Bale isn't a RW either. He's an SS/AM like Ozil.

Well, the new formation has no No 10 role and Ozil at RW is half the player he is centrally. Ozil going out has everything to do with a formation change aka Carlo...and people need to stop blaming perez (not aimed at you) it is all down to Carlo.

Carlo should at least try to make it work. Selling Ozil accomplishes nothing.

ozil at RW is still better then di magia, he was creating plays all game long, while di magia still fails in 5meter passes. He just needed a bit more luck the past few games.

We played better with ozil then with di magia.

Ozil on the wing is poor as well.
If you think it's an improvement from Di Maria on the RW, it's a minor improvement, if that.

We always wanted Ozil in the middle just because he "can" play on the right doesn't mean he should.

Yeah Carlo is trying to sell Iker, it's not a case of Diego being better Rolling Eyes

Manager has my support, doesn't mean I should blindly agree with it.

I like what Carlo is doing so far imo. Lopez deserves to start over Iker, and Özil will be benched unless he steps up his workrate. His workrate has been a liability for too long and you guys will notice a difference in the team with everyone tracking back.

If everyone bar CR starts tracking back, we're hell of a lot better team. I just don't understand how Carlo refuses to replace people in our bench, we are in need of more depth.

ozil was a real fans favourite. i loved the player , he is everything you would want in a playmaker. He is beautifully simple player. skill and speed. vision.

this is the worst decision ever. its a shame he has been rushed out of the team and he didnt get a chance to choose a proper team to go to. he could gone to a better team. would have loved to see him at bayern.

zidane allowed one of, no, the best playmaker in the game to leave.

I am certain madrid wont win the champions league this year. and Cristiano will not renew and he will leave next year. I can see it.

khedira should have left as well... the coaching staff and the management doesnt appreciate good players.

Nothing Zidane could do here. Perez asked Carlo to pick one of Di Maria or Ozil and Carlo picked Di Maria...

We were always going to have to sell one of Modric, Isco and Ozil. Personally, i think Modric is the lesser of the 3... BUT Ozil can't play CM. So if you're going to a 433, it had to be Ozil. Bale and Isco signings made this inevitable.

Ozil is a player the team can be built around. He suits Ancelotti's style and he can't just be sold due to a formation.
