Sensation: Gasp's coaching book leaked into internet
I have heard from a very trustable source that Gasperini has been working with writing his new book : ¨How to coach for dummies¨. Here are the five most important quotes of the book:
How to response when your team hasn't won a single match in the beginning of the season.
1) When you're down with one goal, make sure that you won't lose with any bigger margin so the goal difference will be helpful at the end of season while battling for relegation.
2) If you have managed to keep scoreboard at 0-0 until the last 15 minutes of the game, make sure that at least you won't concede any and try to secure that one point (isn't so necessary). For example: Take your best striker and replace with the most talented and creative midfielder of the squad(Muntari is great example).
3) Change your formation to every game in order to confuse the opponents totally. It will keep your team fresh and the opposite's coach will look like an amateur compared to your tactical wisdom.
4) Leave the surplus players such as Alvarez,Coutinho off the bench. Golden tip: Creativity is hugely overrated nowadays. Place only defensive midfielders into midfield and if you must put one creative midfielder in field (because you're told to do so by club's president), make sure that he will be misplaced so he will perform greatly under no circumstance. After he has played under par, you will get a regonization for pioneering a new tactical revolution of football history including no creativity at all.
5) High defensive line is a must. This is particularly important if you have an old and slow back line which has been used to play deep at back. Variation is needed: specially if the same defense has been regognised one of the world's best few seasons ago with playing deep defensive line.
