Can anyone do an anlysis of the Siena game for my Serie A thread

I did not watch the game from start to finish, and as such only skimmed it.

However, I want to make an analysis of it in my Serie A thread (an in depth analysis).

Anyone can volunteer to make one for me, or just provide a down loadable version of the game.

anyways back to the point, to sum it up?
we played dul-uninteresting football, vucinic was kinda invisible but he got the assist for the goal. Giaccherini wasnt that good but he is getting better thats for sure. Pepe was being headless chicken but did his part. Marchisio doesnt need words to describe his awesomeness and pirlo is well, pirlo.

Barzagli also impressed, a lot. Oh and buffon almost mockingly cost us the game

this is all with Juventus B playing.

I for one will be very angry if Sciacca gets banned.

Apparently, some people are insecure of their own intellect that Sciacca's imposing posts catches them of guard. Seriously, there are a numer of real troll who are not even close to being banned, and Sci is at 25% for his strongly opinionated opinions that don't actually classify as trolling.

He usually listens very well the 7th time you give him the same argument, but at least he listens instead of just trolling, which is what a number of posters do.

player review just quickly... best for juve were pirlo , barzagli, lichsteiner. for me barzagli was the best, his tackle in the first half to stop a one on one was 1st class. the kind of stuff u c from cannavaro 06 and lucio. also made another similair tackle. although siena didnt have many attacks whenever he was called up he gave it 110% and won every tackle. first half was very even i believe, siena seemed to understand our gameplan very well since last year conte was their coach and i guess they understand his style. 2nd half opened up a bit more however there wernt many shots at all. we grinded out the result well

Well not a very pleasing game to the eyes but certainly very pleased with the result..

Excellent defensive display from Juve..Most of the players out there worked their socks off so did the entire Siena team and in the end it just came down to that touch of quality and that was the difference between the two sides..We dominated possession as expected and the gulf in class was evident between the two teams..

A really solid perfomance from Barzagli..Made timely last ditch tackles and held the defense together once Chiellini was subbed off..Although Lichtsteiner and Grosso hardly made any surging runs going forward they were defensively very solid nevertheless..

Pirlo once again showed his quality as clearly he was once again the best and the most dangerous player on the pitch..

As for Pepe?We saw The proverbial trait of his as he worked really hard..Tracked back several times to provide defensive cover for the likes of Marchisio and Pirlo as well as Lichtsteiner.. Perhaps he lacked a bit of intelligence in the final third but all in all it was a typical pepe perfomance..

Having said that,i would definitely like to see Krasic in the next game who would provide a constant threat on the flanks with his searing pace and mazing runs..In other words i want to see more productivity on the wings..

Giaccherini?Again worked really hard ,tracked back as well but we dint see anything noteworthy from him once again other than holding the ball up well and winning a few throw ins in the latter half of the game..But he did involve himself in the buildup to the goal..

Solid display once again from Marchisio and his decisive long pass in the end proved vital as it led to the only goal of the game..Vidal came on and added a bit of energy and bite to the midfield.

As for the Matri-Vucinic partnership ?It is still early days ..their link up play wasnt impressive and there was barely any movement in the final third but again some quick feet from Vucinic as his pass led to that elusive goal where Matri cooly slotted it in the back of the net..

And regarding Krasic's reaction on Conte ?We can speculate all day long but i think if not for Matri's injury ,I think Krasic would have come on for Gia or Pepe but that slight niggle for Matri meant Del Piero coming on and i'm in no mood to dispute this issue...We'll soon get to know the real story behind this in a few days time perhaps..

All in all very happy with the result..These type of games often was our downfall last season we dint look that convincing but we grinded out the result nevertheless..Looking forward to the next game..Forza Juve !

Juventus coach Antonio Conte was very pleased with his side's 1-0 away win over Siena in Sunday's Serie A match.

The Turin club occasionally struggled against the newly promoted side, but still managed to bag the full three points courtesy of a single Alessandro Matri strike, and Conte feels that Juventus would probably have dropped points in this type of game in previous seasons.
