@crim, EC called it months ago, and it's happening now, i give them credibility, they have been right about almost every moves we made. Balague reporting it, Sid lowe reporting, Ujfalusi spilling the beans, cadena ser spilling the beans at first, onda cerro doing the same.

Here , the article:http://www.saz-aktuell.com/Sport/Nuri-Sahin-Mourinho-dampft-Erwartungen-Er-ist-noch-ein-Kind-/19701.html

He talks about his plans with the squad. The intention is to make the team competitive come year 2014 after financial fairplay kicks in. He said that we're buying /bought young players for that reason. Fans should be more patient and not expect everything at once. He named, Ozil, Sahin, Marcelo and Benzema but didn't mention higgy :lol!:
They're in the same age group.

In any case the sale of Benzema would make no sense, why sell him when he just coming good? Why sell him after he has scored 26 goals in a single season.

Why sell him when in every way he is equal to or better than Aguero?

Shrug makes no sense to me

because mourinho is calling the shots and making some tough cuts. I'm not agreeing with this btw, just trying to get in tunes with what i think is happening.

the idea is that we would pay the 45M and the trick is to negotiate with pathetico to avoid that they declare the deal hostile, we wouldnt have to pay the VAT

So your saying we will spend €80.2M ($109M) on a bench player? Really?

I'll wait for something more credible, media is very laughable, always has been always will be. Or do you guys forget all the 100's of BS transfer rumours linked with Real Madrid every single transfer period.

For
Ujfalusi - Aguero wants to go to Real

Maradona - Aguero should go to Real

Aguero buys a house near Jose and Cr7

Aguero - I want to remain in Spain

Aguero- The club must listen to offers unconditionally

Aguero- Real remains a possibility

Barca - we are not interested in Aguero

Against

Jose - We have not approached Aguero. Benz and higuain not for sale

Uncle Flo- we will not attempt to sign Aguero

For outweighs against imo. If Real can match Atleticos asking price they will be forced to sell. Only other contenders right now are Chelsea who seem to be after neymar and lukaku. Juve seem to be out of the race.

We're not required to pay the VAT on the purchase clause. 110% sure of it. So it's a total of 45 Million.

All you need to know about Mou's sincerity is that he was "very sad to see Valdano go" lol.

You really think that is possible, let's be honest here have you been listening to Cerezo on the radio lately, guy is rabid mad at the thought of Madrid getting his prize player. No way he will negotiate.

what do you rate as credible? the medical? all we get are reports, and it's up to us to check out the source and decide whether we trust it or not.

If it's a hostile sale yes we do.

From Sports Illustrated:

the Senior Soccer Editor over at Sports Illustrated figured out that if Atleti consider the bid for Aguero hostile, the buyout clause, with VAT, would be €80.2M ($109M)

yh it's possible, he will have to sit down with us eventually, one way or another, because aguero is forcing his way out. At some point, you take the best deal possible. there is no way we will pay 80M, no freaking way. There are legal ways to go around the VAT, noboby ever paid that in spain, just a scare tactic imo. they can have leon to sweeten things up

Guys... unless the buyout calls for the hostile bidder to pay the VAT, which it doesn't here, we don't pay it. It has to be spelled out. It's not assumed.

45 million total.

Based on Perez, Mourinho and the club. They have all said they are not going anywhere.

Exactly what tax is being used here? Quite curious it would jump from 45 to 80 million Euros after tax. That's what, a 90% increase. Not too fond of the Spanish tax laws. Hoping you or anyone else would explain that part...

I just don't see it

If by some mircale on planet earth we can get Aguero for around 25m then its worth it, tbh Aguero isn't worth anymore than that. He's been very average over the last two seasons.

No. They said very clearly that, AT THE MOMENT, we have no intentions of selling Benzema or Higuain. I know they've informally asked for bidding on both. They have also said that they do not discuss players of other clubs until they have reached agreement with the club. There is no agreement with Atleti... we're basically waiting for Aguero to force their hand.

That's Marca, PINCH OF SALT

but AS described a similar process, and did a much better job at it.

Can I ask you guys a serious question, why do you want Aguero. Honestly what does he bring that Higuian and Benzema don't?

I seriously don't see the fuss.....

I actually don't want the Kunt at all. But Mou does apparently.

That said, we lose nothing by bringing him in and selling either Benzema or Higuain. Pretty much a zero sum game to me in terms of talent.

Waste of money imo. 45 million could be used to bring any CB in the world. Benz, higgy and Ade are a dream trio for any team in the world.

I like him as a player, so i wouldnt mind having him.

It bothers we would have to drop one of our strikers for him, and i dont agree with such thing.

but i moved on, i realiazed it was very likely it happens, like i said, evry single source i give a bit of trust is saying it's happening, they even called a meeting next week with pathetico, so i guess im just waiting.

Well we know both our current options are now settled and play well at Madrid, bringing in Aguero may require a settling in process. And if he fails then thats a big blow to our front line and campaign hopes

wanted a CB, we are signing Coentrao.

want Kaka out, they say they wanna keep him...
