There is definitely place for 2 strikers on the team , esp if they have completely different playing styles.

He did well tonight, scored a Hattrick was the MOTM but he has still much to do to bench Benzema.
Hope he get his performance back so we can deal with our strike post like Big Teams.

Benzema never took the starting spot from Higuain. Injury did.

Honestly if you ask me it's still Pipa's spot, even when Benzema was starting. Higuain didn't lose his position because he was doing anything wrong, if anything he was one of the team's top performers before his injury.

His second goal made me climax banana

Also notice how Ronaldo has more assists when Higuain plays. It isn't a coincidence.

Higuain puts himself in positions that Ronaldo finds it easy to place the ball in.

Intelligent runs = intelligent assists.

I was never really in a Benzema or Higuain camp, I felt Benzema has more technical ability than Pipita but there are areas where Pipita is better than Benz, like awareness off the shoulder of the last man, his runs in behind are definitely better.

To me it is a shame that there is not a way to allow both of them to play at the same time.

Higgy's second goal is a contender for strike of the season.

Nice to see Gio posting again. Also nice to see Higuain back in the scoring. Just realise, all a RM striker has to do is just finish. He can be part of the build up if he wants but there is a lot of (sometimes unproductive) creativity around him that he really just needs to make good OTB runs and he'll be in really good goal scoring positions.
