So, when Barca beat Villareal 5-0 do you think anyone asked Pep about the possible penalty we should of had on Messi?

No, I dont think anyone did.

Madrid fans like you are pathetic. Feel free to continue on, as I said, I think normal people can see this is a load of rubbish.

5-0 =/= close contest like 2-2 or 1-1

and yes ive seen mou be asked about a possible handball when we win by 4-1 so yh

If as team as good as Milan have to defend in that way and could only create a few chances because of that, then it shows how good we are and how they are aware of that fact.

Mlan didnt defend like that against Lazio for a reason.

As always, people like you looking to invent crap. Normal people I think we see through your effort though.

could it have been due to the fact they had a slow midfield and boateng was forced to get off

So what? They defended like that the whole game, before and after Boateng..every team plays like that against us. They were just better at it then most.

How is having a slow midfield have to do with anything?

I think it is fairly obvious that quality-wise, Milan does not compare to Barca except in defense.
Not in individual players, not in tactics, not in team chemistry.

Age has a number of factors on game play. Cognitively speaking, once yo go beyond a certain age (different for each individual) mostly 32+, your decision making speed begins to decline by fractions of a second. Your physical response begins to decline by fractions of a second, and son. So that 35 year old Seedorf, is a second or more slower in decision making and actual action.

Slow does not only apply to speed, but to cognition as well.

Just like to point out that defending for one's life, as Che mentioned, is not being scared, just holding on to a favourable result. Valencia back in the day weren't scared of anyone but would defend for their lives (or something) if the result suits their needs.

Also, Pep said nothing wrong, really...

Sure, I take that, but does that have to do with Pep's words? I dont understand the connection.

It would help immensely if someone would actually bother to look at the real Pep quotes.

Hala Madrid have been quoting sensationalist sites. I didn't see anything from Pep's interview that was disrespectful.
He mentioned that If Milan felt they had to defend, they will, and that they defended well and therefore get merit.

He also said that thing about Usian Bolt and Pato.

He didn't say anything about 8 defenders, or any specifics about Milan's defensive plan.

He mentioned he saw some positives from Barca, and that they need to learn from their mistake. And then finished, sensationalist media re adding stuff.

Then help me drill some sense into the Xavi is humble thread, some Madrid guy posted a quote from Goal.com, which is absolute crap, and people will go and believe Xavi actually said that.

I prefer remarks like this over when they were praising Man United last year for being "good losers".

If Pep would say things like this more often I wouldn't have a feeling he was just saying nice things to be nice.

To Milan's credit they did try to be more proactive in the second half.
