Humble Respectful XAVI at it again -
This time on Barca's official website.

Xavi is always humble and respectful isn't he?
BARCELONA, Spain (AP)—Cesc Fabregas is “suffering” from the drawn-out transfer saga that has kept the Arsenal playmaker from joining Barcelona, according to Xavi Hernandez.
Xavi left little doubt over his Spain teammate’s desire to move to the Catalan capital following a recent conversation.
“I spoke with Cesc in Ibiza and he told me that he was suffering because he wants to come here,” Xavi was quoted as saying on Barcelona’s website on Wednesday. “It’s what he wants most and he’s done all he can to come, he wants Arsenal to let him leave.”
Arsenal has already rejected several bids from the European champions for Fabregas. Barcelona had a bid of ?40 million ($56 million) rejected last year and a lesser offer earlier this year. Spanish media reported Wednesday that Barcelona was preparing to offer another bid of ?40 million.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said Monday that the Gunners would “fight hard” to keep the 24-year-old Fabregas, who reportedly has been pressuring the north London team to let him return to the club he left as a teenager.
Fabregas remained in London when Arsenal set out on a preseason tour of Asia.
Several Barcelona players have said Fabregas wants to rejoin the three-time defending Spanish champions, including goalkeeper Victor Valdes.
“I think he has a desire to return. He wouldn’t have problems adapting to the team,” Valdes said Tuesday.

you don't go put that on a offical website
you don't see other teams putting up stuff like that on their site to get a player to join them

Before Guardiola xavi kept his damn mouth closed, after guardiola he suddenly became a philosopher. Overrated and overpayed

lol gotta love xavi. Leave him alone at least he tells it how it is. Most players/managers just avoid questions, give you shit answers and you don't receive any proper info out of them.
@ jibers. He is not overrated, if anything he is still underrated because he didn't win the ballon d'or. Overpaid? Not really, considering what others are making but not as good as him.

Victor Valdes insists Cesc Fabregas would have ‘no problems’ fitting in at Barcelona & claims Arsenal midfielder is ‘excited’ at prospect of move.
He told Barcelona’s official website: "Cesc is excited about coming back here and I’d like that. His way of playing would mean he’d have no problems adapting and he’d bring a lot of quality.
Why cant they just shut up and come with money.

Re: Humble Respectful XAVI at it again -
so its became arsenal not letting him go now...gotta love those barca players.did they win lowering fabregas's price tag?? obviously they where successfull in unsettling him lol..
Re: Humble Respectful XAVI at it again -
Even though the press tends to change what the players says, till this day I have not heard a Barcelona player coming out and saying they did not say that. I am sure this is front page news so the players will see it and read it.

Convincing Arsenal fans you're staying while using your friends to say otherwise. Bit underhanded don't you think and I'm not sure Fabregas is that sort of individual.

Yeah sure, It is Xavi's lifelong dream to bring Cesc to Barcelona, someone who will be competing with him for a place in the side.

of course fabregas is humble and respectful. Just like Xavi until 2008 and Scholes until he retired.
