Striker Bamford is on loan at MK Dons until January, but has been told to improve his heading as it's his only weakness in front of goal.

Bamford said: "Heading is all I have been doing after training because the gaffer said it would add a few extra million to my price tag and will chip in an extra five goals a season."

"If I can get that under my belt then it will help a lot."

"Obviously I need a bit more work on it though, as I missed quite a few."

"The gaffer is helping me work on things in and after training, whether it is finishing or laying off - always something to help me improve."

His 12th goal in 16 appearances this season. Think a Championship loan will be on the cards for him come January. Simply too good for League One.

They're a good side with a great manager. Has really worked and moulded this group into something greater than the sum of its parts. Would love it if they challenged Madrid and Farca for the title but obviously can't see it happening over a whole season.
