what is a pato?
Re: What is a pato?
You also have to look at the quality of the league when he scored those 50 goals.pUsHa wrote:He's the youngest player to ever score 50 goals in Italy ... And that's with mostly being a winger and getting injured !

You need to also look at the quality of the team when he scored those 50 goals.
Serie A Milan in decline, in Serie A, the infamous defensive league, during the Inter dominance.
Pretty hard stuff if you ask me.

Re: What is a pato?
LM: Combo-breaker.
This performance will most likely be over-rated, however it shows that his promise is true. He had a reduced pre-season and as he gets a good run of games his first touch and decision making will become more consistent and he will also have greater support.

Re: What is a pato?
It should also be noted that those 50 goals have not been exclusively in Pato's favourite position, but playing on the wing, whilst also being forced to lead the line with support only from midfield and not from a true striker. Injuries and competition have disrupted his form and confidence, however all in all he has still managed to perform and score goals on a consistent basis, truly an impressive feat given his age, maturity and the trials he has faced.

Seriously though, the goal he scored was nasty, his change of pace was just wicked, brilliant stuff. He's gonna be a great player if he can avoid injury.

Re: What is a pato?
Why swap when we'll have both soon anyway?
Was he commenting on a goal article? Sounds like a must read conversation if he's involved.

Some of his points are fair enough, as you'd expect, but his responses to criticism are pure Giancarlo lol.
