If one gets hurt or needs a break, we have no options with Sahin out. Granero is pretty meh imo. Makes it impossible to employ a 4-3-3 regularly imo. Stuck with a 4-2-3-1 unless Lass stays.

What I mean is that on paper it is still a 4231 and if we actually are playing a 433 then Di Maria can fill be used in that 433. So we still have Coentrao and Lass to back up for Khedira and Alonso, not to forget Granero too.

dont think its sanitas fault tbh, they created a pretty damn good recovery protocol for pepe, and it has so far worked good, he hasnt been injured for a while now.....something tells me sahin was already injured in dortmund just like kaka

Di Maria has stunk it up in the 4-3-3.... maybe he'll improve. He just doesn't have the vision and passing necessary for the job right now. I wouldn't even consider him as a midfielder. He's a winger and will back up our forwards imo.

I don't get it. I'm not a fancy Doctor or anything but it's not that difficult to discover a grade 2 knee sprian. They don't know how to do MRIs. As his thread says I think he is the missing link and this sucks.

Nah, Sanitas is really crap.

It's time to go in germany with a truck and put in as many physio and doctors as we can. we can send a plane for some american experts as well.

Get diagnosed and have all the necessary surgery in the US... have the physical therapy and recovery work in Germany. Best of both worlds.

Privatizing our medical unit to Sanitas was never a good idea. The money we save isnt worth the troubles.

I try not to panic tho, just circumstances of life, in a month i hope it will be forgotten.

Actually, injuring something else while recovering is pretty common. You compensate for the original injury, change things a bit and get something else injured.

The bigger concern is that Sahin seems to have frail knee ligaments. That's not good.

spraining a knee = partially tearing something. Until a MRI is done, you don't know the extent of it.

After the MRI results come back (takes 24 hours usually... but it;s the weekend), an exact diagnosis will be made. You do not rush back from a ligament injury. You should also use electroshock treatment everyday to stimulate healing on a daily basis. There's also the new treatment Kobe Bryant did in Germany this summer that induces knee cartilage to redevelop (hope it's true; it would be revolutionary). I hope those idiots at Sanitas know that.
