I asked the same question to Jack Daniels when his warning level indicated "Banned" and he replied to me by saying that the mods are playing around with each other with their accounts..

Dont know how much truth is there in this..

I dont think hes banned, there just toying with each other. Remember they can manipulate their own warning levels.
