Tottenham have money, but I don't think that that much money. They are also after Adebayor.
He would do good at Arsenal, IMO Finally a dedicated area striker to bang them in. Not happening, though.
Atletico just have a lot of cash to spare after selling Aguero.

tottenham isnt so different from atletico, they have a better group at the moment, but they wont go anywhere against the teams dominating the EPL at the moment. It's a little more open in la liga.

So atleti will line up with Falcao, Diego and Turan as well as the good players they had before like Reyes and Tiago. Methinks if they avoid choking like always they can come 4th.
