Hey guys. I am applying to Uni soon, I just want to know, would a Biology program in Uni qualify me to become a pharmacist?

u have to focus primarily on chemistry or pharmaceutical science. biochemistry is interrated to chemistry a lot but i dont think that will take a career path to pharmacy.

but if u have history of studying biology with maths and bit of basic highschool level chemistry, and apply for any chemistry subjects, sometimes or most of the time uni accept it. it depends on how uni enrollment people assess. dont worry man u can study anything as long as u have desire. wont be problem ...

a good movie. not once did i ever think that the world was under threat or that any of the main characters would die, but it had a comical style which i enjoyed

I think that if you changed your mentality people would be more welcoming. You troll way too much and I'm certain you can offer more to this forum. I don't have an issue with you, it's your post's that tend to annoy me. You say you wouldn't troll Arsenal anymore, but you continued to troll them. Maybe a little break would be good for you, but I don't think you should leave because of other people. Many of the other young posters are embraced here and I'm certain if you're capable of being a better poster.

Try to reflect on how you've acted on this forum, understand that you're responsible for your actions and realize that some of the hate you receive is a result of your trolling. I know we've had our differences and that's probably because I know you have the intelligence to be a better poster. If you decide to leave or take a break, I wish you the best.

Seriously now, cut it and keep posting . I don't know what you may have done or said haha Razz , but it's not worth abandoning something you like because of what others (may) think.

All i can say is , give it a 2nd thought.

Welcome back for good now then!!! Btw I went to Athens in the summer,it was quite nice.I also went to rhodes island,it was fantastic as well. My parents along with my siblings went to Athens again without me in this time, last week. They told me that the number of beggars/homeless people has increased drastically! I hope that you're not suffering financially with the problems over there.

I've been in Rhodes as well , on holidays with 2 friends in the summer of 2008..! It's truely a fantastic place to visit . I suppose you visited the "old district" ?

As for Athens , it may have all the history in the world , all the clubs and gorgeous women in the world , but it sucks there. Every time i have to go , i ll have to see junkies on the road doing their stuff public , people protesting everywhere , trash all over the streets ,wretched stuff all over.. We have become a 3rd class country ..not all of Athens is like that , but , the centre of the town(it's huge though).

And yes , what your family told you about , is very true. I've seen it even outside of Athens , but there the situation is tragic. The economic situation here is really bad. Of course i am suffering from it like everyone else, especially now.
I got off with the army and went to find a job and they were telling me "job? i can't even pay those i employ already" .. or "we are closing in a few days"..and the irony is, 3 years ago , the same people begged for employers!!
Pretty sad and disgusting stuff are happening.Others commit suicide ,it's also true. They can't pay and they must go to jail according to the law.so..

I am not afraid though. I ll find my way as always Razz

When I went to Athens I stayed in a hotel called britain or something, right next to the parliament. I could clearly tell that athens was a beautiful city. Some of the streets are still quite nice, but the city as a whole has been terrorized. I feel really bad for you guys, you're very nice people and you don't deserve this.

As for you personally,I hope you find a job. The government making you go to serve the army for a year is a joke. Third world countries don't do that anymore. Instead of wasting money on such things, they should be more interested in spending money to create jobs for people.

They don't? well , it's seems we are way worse than i first thought .. Razz

Anyway , except the young ones and some exceptions(very few), the rest have been voting these corrupted f***terds politicians for over 35 years.!!! They all knew these politicians and their parties were corrupted , but they were voting them none the less , for personal gain mainly , others because they were that stupid, for no gain at all.

We may have good people in Greece , but we are ignorant, because we always acted like we own the world and couldn't give a damn for the simplest of problems. I knew a guy in my city , who lived in a very tiny appartment and down the street had his Porsche boxster .. see? Couldn't even pay to live in a proper house , but he had some thousand euros for a Porsche..!!!

We have the politicians we deserve , can't say it any better.
I just hope my generation won't make the same mistakes and rebuild from scratch.Because right now Greece is f**** up to the core Rolling Eyes

you do realise that the citizens of the country put them there where they are , right ?

When you have elections every 3.5-4 years and in the last 35 YEARS you vote always the same corrupted people and you know they are up to no good , you are bound for epic destruction one day.

*In my opinion ,the EU wasn't a mistake. Was an achievement ,back then. It was the Euro which wasn't supposed for us . that we can agree on.

It's the same thing here in Moldova ... the communists have been voted up until 08 even tho they didnt do sh1t , and we were actually suffering .... then an alliance formed of three parties had the majority after 08 and we were all so happy but it seems that they dont want to do anything either and have been lying as much as the communists do and since they can't select a president for the 4 year now well have re-elections possibly next month .... but I'm happy that I'm leaving for Italy on 3rd of february .... I love my country with a passion but I don't want to live in such a disgruntled place with no opportunities for your future ...

well , i certainly get the feeling .. but i couldn never leave Greece. I don't want to , i prefer all the s** i've been going through than live somewhere else.

I preffer to stay here and do something about it than go and actually live properly somewhere else. Both seem right decisions though , no matter how you look at things.
