Marvin Martin first selection: 2 goals and 1 assist

What a way to sign his first selection, and he only played like 25 minutes.

He was also the best assist maker of last season in ligue 1. A promising player.

I watched the game from the 68th min when Benzegoal came on. First time I seen him play and he impressed tbh.

Thx god, there are other playmakers emerging.

Martin is a very decisive player, he produced 19 assists last year in ligue 1, that's a number rarely seen in our championship. I have no doubt that he is going to move to a bigger club soon.

It will be great to have the possibility to choose between Martin, Nasri and maybe Gourcuff if he comes back to his best. We absolutely needs depth.

It was a goal from a very long distance but Mandanda frakked up a little bit. Martin's first goal was great too.

Glaring weakness on France NT is the AM. We've just had very little link between the defense and offense.

With Diaby looking better and "little Iniesta" Martin coming on the scene, we should be a lot better.

As much as i like Nasri, he's a dribble first type player. Martin is a great dribbler too... but much more direct.

As OLpower pointed, Martin's assist number is amazing considering he plays for Sochaux... not exactly a powerhouse.

As usual, i was throwing things around in a France NT game... but this time, we finished strong.

Yes, the first half was unwatchable. The subs made a great impact after that.

If i was Blanc I would play this as my 11.

Lass-Toulalan duo was criticized in the past. And Blanc does not like Toulalan so it's doubtful we are going to see him back.

I would not play Ribery and Evra. I don't like them for what they did at the world cup and I think that they are past their prime and they failed to perform on the NT since a longtime.

Martin has showed promises but it was just his first selection. Payet showed great signs at his first selection before disappearing a little.

Mexes-Rami has showed promises but ultimately sakho could take over Rami.

i think his next step should be a bigger club in L1 first: and i think of club like Lille (to replace Gervinho, but they seem to favour Payet) or to you guys (to replace Bastos).

with Blanc as coach you can kiss Lass & Toulalan goodbye,
he simply doesnt rate them at all

I would sign Martin without any hesitation and I would sell Ederson and loan Grenier.

But with this performance his pricetag has surely risen.

Lyon would do very well to sign Martin. Who's going to be the new coach at Lyon btw?

Martin is a magnificent player, I rate him very highly. I juz love him.

I hope he continues to do good for France, and of course his club.

His name sounds like he's a cartoon character but he really impressed me with his cameo. He lived up to the hype and looks to be one for the future. 2 goals+ 1 assist= INSTANT WIN

Thats is how I see it.

Benzema is better than Gameiro. The rest, nah.
