Last 2 seasons were pretty sad, i'm excited to sign Motta

Assuming he brings his principles here it will be a drastic change for us fans, we can finally get exciting games where our team has ball possession and being proactive with lots of movement. High pressing is not my favorite strategy for what should be a top club but looking at this awful squad it might be just what we need. Huge breathe of fresh air.

Let's see the true potential of the 2-7-2

I just hope good things come for my boy Vlahovic. Zirkzee did well for Motta but it is an optical illusion, the may look the same, but are very different.

Vlahovic can integrate in those tactics

He is more than a target man, needs to be more involved in the play so he's more likely to get the ball where he wants it, and since we'll be crowding the attacking third he has some passing options.

Vlahovic is easily more than a target man. Solid creative side to him and leads the line beautifully. Naive striker who wasn't played to his strengths but Motta is modern enough to see his dimensions.
